1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Leaderra platform, website, API, and MCP tools (together, the “Service”), operated by Leaderra (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The Service

Leaderra is GTM data-layer technology: it finds business leads based on buying signals, matches them to your ideal customer profile, verifies contact information, scores records, and generates briefs. The Service is provided on a self-serve, credit-based basis, with optional services sold separately.

Capabilities labeled “coming soon” or “early access” are not part of the paid Service until released. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the Service.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis and include a monthly credit allowance. Searching and scoring are free; credits are consumed only when you reveal data (for example a verified email, mobile number, company profile, or intelligence brief). You are never charged credits for a failed reveal (a “miss”).

Unused monthly credits reset at the end of each billing cycle unless your plan states otherwise; credit top-ups do not expire. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with notice effective from your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use data obtained through the Service in compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM), telemarketing rules, and data-protection laws (such as GDPR and CCPA) in the jurisdictions where you operate.

You may not: resell or redistribute raw data from the Service except as expressly permitted by your plan (for example, an Agency/white-label plan); use the Service to build a competing database; scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; or use it for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing outreach.

6. Your data

Lists and records you upload remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to process them for you (for example enrichment and scoring). We do not sell your uploaded data. See the Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, scoring models, and content, is owned by Leaderra and protected by law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

8. Disclaimers

Business data changes constantly. We verify contact data at the time of reveal and mark verification status honestly, but we do not warrant that any record is accurate, current, or fit for a particular purpose. Scores, briefs, and predicted-lift figures are estimates generated by software — not guarantees of business outcomes such as replies, meetings, or revenue.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leaderra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6–9) survive.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
