1. Who we are

Leaderra provides GTM data-layer technology — finding, enriching, scoring, and briefing business leads. This policy explains how we handle personal data as both a service provider (for our users) and a data controller (for business-contact data in the data layer). Contact: leaderracom@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect about you (account holders)

Account data: name, work email, password hash, and optional WhatsApp number if you provide it (for example on a waitlist).

Usage data: searches run, reveals made, credit balance, pages visited, and technical logs (IP, browser) used for security and product improvement.

Billing data: plan, invoices, and payment status. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

3. Business-contact data (the data layer)

The Service processes professional, business-related information about individuals at companies — such as name, job title, employer, business email, business phone, and public professional signals (for example hiring or funding announcements). We process this data on the legal basis of legitimate interest in facilitating business-to-business communication, and we minimize it to what is professionally relevant.

We do not knowingly process special-category data or data about minors, and the Service is not intended for consumer (B2C) marketing data.

4. How we use data

To provide the Service (search, enrichment, verification, scoring, briefs); to operate your account, wallet, and billing; to secure the platform; to improve matching and scoring quality; and to send service communications. With your consent, to send product updates you can opt out of at any time.

5. Sharing

We share data with processors that help us run the Service (hosting, payments, communications, and data-verification partners), under contracts that limit their use of it. We do not sell your account data. Data you reveal through the Service is delivered to you and governed by your own compliance obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of communications.

If you are a business contact who appears in results delivered by the Service, you may request removal — email leaderracom@gmail.com with “Remove my data” and we will suppress your record from future results.

7. Retention & security

We keep account data while your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes afterwards. Data in transit is encrypted (TLS); access to production systems is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to leaderracom@gmail.com.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login and session state, and lightweight analytics to understand product usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the Service.

9. International transfers

The Service is hosted on cloud infrastructure that may process data in multiple regions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
