What exactly is a credit?
A credit is work done. Searching and scoring never consume credits — on any plan; credits are spent only when you reveal — a verified email, mobile, LinkedIn, company profile, or the full intelligence brief. A complete lead (everything) is 19 credits.
If search is free, what are the monthly search numbers?
Fair-use allowances per plan — searches per month, results per search, and ICP-from-domain runs. They never consume credits; they simply scale with your plan so heavy usage lands on the right tier.
How do credit packs work?
Add credits any time — packs of 100 to 5,000, priced at your plan's per-credit rate. Packs never expire.
What happens on a miss?
Nothing. If we can't find or verify a contact, you're not charged. Ever.
Can I bring my own data key (BYOK)?
Yes — connect your own data provider key and pay only for the software. Included on Premium and Agency, available as an add-on on Pro.
How does white-label work?
